Pontiac Repair: Transmission, pig tail, auto parts stores

Question
Hi I own a 2001 Grand AM GT, I got the intake gaskets replaced and transmission oil,filter changed.My car has now started to make unusual noise as if its struggling to climb hill and this happens only uphill when I try to accelerate in the range of 45-65 MPH. I have changed the IAT sensor and pig tail, TPS sensor. The problem still exists. Any help is appreciated.

Answer
Hi sherry:
noises are hard to pin point even if I could hear it. what happens when it bogs down.  do the engine rpm's increase but the car does accelerate? of does it struggle to pick up engine speed as well? is the noise related to the lack of poerr or is that noise there all the time? when was the last time the fuel fileter was changed? I would stop by one of the big box auto parts stores and have the car scanned for codes and see what if any are stored and it may give you a starting point to go off. good luck :-}
