I figured out by your posts that I need a new heater motor in my vibe, my question is about removing the old one. Do you have to take the whole dash out for this or can it be dropped down and out underneath the glove box? Thanks for your time and knowledge!

Hi Gina:

yes it dropes out the bottom of the dash. It's a very easy job on that car maybe 15 minutes tops. Get a factory motor for it stay away from aftermarket. A toyota Corola Matrix is the same thing so if you call a Toyota dealer ask for one for one for that part for the same year in a matrix. Good luck :-}
