Pontiac Repair: 99 grand prix not shutting down, fuse boxes, receiver module

Question
QUESTION: As soon as the battery is connected the warning lights come on when i pull the relay the engine shuts down the lights stay on, out of desperation i have pulled all the relays. The fuel pump and ignition relays shut it down.where can i locate the keyless entry receiver/module and would unplugging it do any good. What could be damaged from trying to jump start it?
Once again thanks for your efforts, joe

ANSWER: jump starting it could have damaged a module especially if the key was in the "on" position when it was jumped. the keyless entry module (factory) is behind the dash by the radio. any after market ones can be anywhere usually down the steering column. The factory keyless entryt module wil not cause the issue at all.

QUESTION: don't know what else to do dropped everything but the starter and pcm out and it still has the idiot lights lit.Thinking about picking up a used pcm, was wondering what flashing is? and do i have to do that to try the car or can i install it and drive it to a dealer if it correct the problem
         Thanx again joe

Answer
It's not going to be an ECM issue and a used unit need to be flashed as well as a new one. flashing it means programming the prom in the unit to match the car/engine/trnasmission to the comouter. the ECM is genaric and it goes in may cars flashing it calibates ti to the car it's in and also rights the Vin # into the ECM. did you try to unplug the ignition switch at the bottom of the steering column and see if the cars out? it should if not you have somtheing back feeding the power feeds to the fuse boxes.
