Pontiac Repair: 94 firebird formula, firebird formula, lt1 engine

Question
My Firebird will start then just shut down with no warning.wont start again for awhile.Then will start but do the same thing.Fuel pressure is fine.Used two different code readers on it but it wont even flash anything.Changed the coil pak and fuel filter.

has the secuirty lamp come on when this happens? is the fuel pressure steady when it stalls out? or does it drop? how long will it run before it stalls out. Is it a consistant amount of time each time it runs and stalls or is it intermittant? does this have the LT1 V8 engine in it? have you check the spark when it's running afer it dies will it crank right over again? If it cranks over does it loose spark but yet it will crank over? If indeed this has the LT1 engine in it the Opti-spark ignition system on these was prone for failure especially if the water pump is leaking on the engine.
