Pontiac Repair: Heater/AC fan issue, pontiac grand am, blower motor

Question
I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am and every time I turn the heater on the fan makes an odd noise and the floor vibrates.  I can only turn it on 1 instead of 3 or 4 and its cold right now.  What could it be?

something is in the fan for the blower motor. either something go sucked out of the glove box into the motor or water dripped into the motor and froze either way the motor is going to have to come out and see what is stuck in the fan. good luck :)
