Pontiac Repair: Grand Am cluster, best guess, new radio

My daughter has a 97 Grand Am that just recently her gauges stopped working. Instrument lights work and all fuses seem fine. Now she just noticed this after installing a new radio. Could the problem be linked to that? Or more likely just need a new cluster. Thank you, Fred.

Good observation. that the dash quit working after a radio was installed. it could be a few things. All the modules in the car are tied in together. and the radio could be causing a glitch in the data line in the car and it is making the dash cut out. a lot of after market stuff is not compatable with the Original equipment in the car. that is my best "guess"
