Pontiac Repair: supercharging regular 3800 gm ?, buick park ave, wire harness

I just bought a 98 model buick park ave with 85,000 miles it doesnt have the supercharger if I get supercharger and hoses can you put it on regular 3800 or is there a difference in the heads and block and intake or computer? is it too much trouble to do? I have good mechanic can it be done? hes on vacation and I would like to know? thanks dan.

The block is the same and that is as far as it goes. The pistons/heads valve covers and head are all different. so a swap is not feasbale. along with the engine wire harness and vacumm harnesses, So No I would not attempt a swap. If you found a doaner car in a junk yard with a supercharger engine where you could take the complet assembly out of it then yes go for it.
