Pontiac Repair: vibration, pontiac transsport, engine vibration

QUESTION: i have a pontiac transsport 97, v6 3.4l gas fi vin:e eng:la1 when warming it up it start to get a strong vibration then it slows down to a lower vibration whats causing this.

QUESTION: the whole car vibrates more in park, little in reverse, more in drive, not that much in neutral and when driving not that much.

I would look at a motor mount being bad if it makes a difference drive to reverse your loading the motor mounts up in a different direction depending on D/R may be the one on the botton of the oil pan or one of the upper mounts above the radiator is bad.
