Pontiac Repair: headlights fuse and serptine belt, fuse block, grandam

Question
where is the headlight fuse located at in a 95 grandam and how do you replace a serptine belt and the belt didnt not completely break off a piece broke off... is it still driveable

headlamp fuses are in the underhood fuse block as for the serpetine belt, if you have a 3.1L it is pretty involved you will need to remove the engine mount from the body and motor, support the engine with a jack and block of wood from under the oil pan so the motor will not drop
