Pontiac Repair: lights under nieth radio, poniac firebird, head lamps

i have a poniac firebird 02. i was puting a aftermarket radio in it and forgot to dissconect the battery. when i was cuting the radio cable to put the new one in i might of crossed the power wire and the swich wire or ground an blew a fuse. i replaced the fuse and the radio worked but the lights under niethe the radio wont come on now. and ive checked fuses. wat else could be wrong?

are you talking about the back lighting for things like the heater control head and insterment cluster when you turn the head lamps on? What lights? If it's the backilighting that fuse is small usually 5 or 10 amps and can be over looked. If not the backlighting then what lights?
