Where is the water pump located on a 2000 Grand Am GT 3400 series

Hi Becky:

it's on the left front side of the engine which on this car would be up near the radiaror. it has a black pulley on it that is smooth on ribbs on the pulley. the pulley it attached to the pump by 4 bolts and the pump has 6 or 8 bolts that attach it to the front of the engine once the pulley is removed. This engine take Dex-cool coolant which is pink in color. Do not use the yellow or green coolant in this engine. Good luck :)
