Pontiac Repair: 93 Benneville Turn signal, solumn, directionals

My problem is similar.  My stem broke off & is hanging by wires.  I can connect stem so the wipers work but I have no directionals nor can I use my brights.  Can I connect a toggle switch to ?some wires? to by-pass?  What about brights?   THX

Hi Joel:
When that wiper t/s stalk broke off it must have knocked off the lever inside the steering solumn that toggles the lo-hi beam lamps. the steering column needs to be disassembled and that lever put back into place.. this is NOT a job for the do it your selfer due to the air bag in the steering wheel.. So to answer your question there is no easy way to fix this by jumping wires..
