Pontiac Repair: horn honking, fuse box, gran prix

2001 gran prix-horn will honk on its own when driving down the road - has done this several times-why

Hi Bonnie:

More then likely the horn swithc in the air bag assembly is bad and making contact when you tunn the steering wheel. Untill you can get it fixed either unplug the horn under the hood or pull the horn relay out. I belive the relay for that is in the underhood fuse box on the right side of the engine compartment. good luck :)
