Pontiac Repair: Fuel leaking, vent line, rust belt

I just replaced the fuel pump on my 96 sunfire. Know i have fuel leaking from under the passenger side finder. what could be the problem and how could I repair it.

Hi William:

do you live in the rust belt area of the country? if so I would bet you have a fuel line that's rotted out and the line was disturbed when taking the gas tank out and that's why it leaking? If not then I really don't know what the issue is with out being able to see it. Or thr other possability is that you have the return line and the vent line back at the tank reversed and the fuel that should be going to the gas tank is filling up the Evap canister.
