Pontiac Repair: bonneville sse 1996 vin k (not supercharged), bonneville sse, regaurdless

engine is  a 3.8.  Ok here is the problem my heat and ac do not change temps at all it's like they blow normal air regaurdless if set at 60 or 90f.  Hopefully you can point me to the right direction since winter is coming soon and i want to be able to defrost my windows ty for your help.

Hi Randy:

Sounds to me like either the temp door is stuck or the actuator is bad for the temp door. More then likely it's the actuator then anything else. The control heads do not go bad all that often on these cars. Ther could be a fault in the system and due to that fault the doors will not move. does the air flow change to the different postions if you switch from floor to vent to deforst?
