Pontiac Repair: confused, pontiac grand prix, engine control module

hi,i have a 1990 pontiac grand prix 6 cylinder,the problem i am having is ,my car starts up just fine and runs good,but when the engine heats up in dies out,and wont start until it cools back down but every time i start it and it heats up,it stops,i thermostat,PVC,water pump,and now i have no idea,please can you help me,thank you

Dos it overheat and quit running or does it run at normal temapture and just quit running? When it quits running you have to see what the engine ismissing to run. Fuel pressure, Injector pulse or spark to the plugs. it's one of the 3 but untill you know which of these it it it's hard to say. I can tell you that vinatge car had all kinds of issues with the engine control module (computer) when it does does it just cut out or does the idle surge then stall what happenes?
