Pontiac Repair: abs light on/whirring noise, montana minivan, wheel bearings

Question
I have a 2003 pontiac montana minivan. My ABS lights come on and go off inconsistently when I drive and sometimes when I start the car. My brake pads were changed recently and this did not seem to make a difference. Is there a fuse that needs to be changed for this. I haven't checked the fuse box yet. Also, when I drive there is this whirring noise that gets louder the faster I drive and then slows down as I slow down. My van sounds like a race car. I had the wheel bearings changed twice in the last year. The sound used to come and go and now it is always there when I'm driving.
Can you help?

Answer
unfortunately it sounds like you have a wheel bearing issue, we have had many problems getting aftermarket bearings that last very long, hence we do not offer them anymore and only sell GM hub and bearings.  If you still have a warranty on the bearings I would suggest replacing them, and possibley upgrading to better bearing if they offer it.
