how can i get secondary air pump cleared so i can pass inspection?

The only way to get it to pass an emissions tets is to get the a.i.r. pump system fixed. what ever is wrong wityh it needs to be repaired. the engine control computer monitiors all the sub systems dealing with the emissions on that engine. if the computer sees that the a.i.r. system is not working it stores a code in it's memory and the emissions test computer looks at what's stored in the engine control computer and if it sees there is a fault you fail the emissions inspection. there is no way around it other then getting the car fixed, Sorry.
