Pontiac Repair: Clutch leaking fluid, clutch master cylinder, clutch fluid

Question
On my 98 Pontiac Grand Am, About once a month my clutch fluid completely runs out. There is never any liquid on the ground. Where is the leak and how can I fix it? Will this be expensive?

Answer
Hi Cher:

Well it's gott be going somewhere.... My guess is it's leaking into the car abd saoking the backing under the carpet. Take a look under the dash where the linkage for the cluth goes though the fire wall and my guess is that is where it's leaking the fluid. The clutch master cylinder in maybe $150.00 plus the labor.. good Luck :)
