Pontiac Repair: Buick power steering pump, power steering pump, press fit

I have a 2005 Buick Terreza van. The power steering pump is leaking around the pulley shaft. I have a new seal but can not get the bolt that holds the pulley on loose. Is it normal right hand threads? Is the pulley a press fit after the bolt is out?

What engine is in this a 3500 or 3900? The bolts that hold the pump on to the engine are a regular bolt not reverse thread. There are 3 that hold the pump to the engine. plus the 2 lines. once you get it out you need a special power steering pulley remover and installer to get the pulley back on to the pump after you replace the seal.
