Pontiac Repair: 96 grand am 2.4, head gasket, cracked head

I have milky oil. Car won't start anymore.  How do i know if
it is the head gasket or the intake gasket?

Head gasket or cracked head will cause milky oil. NOT a good thing to have happen. If the head gasket is blown into one of the cylinder(s) it could have fouled out spark plugs and that's why it will not run. needless to sya the engine is going to have to be taken apart to see what happend to it. Being that this car is almost 14 years old and if it has a lot of miles on it it may not be worth the repair. Once water gets into the oil is causes damage to the engine like I said not a good situation.
