Pontiac Repair: pontiac air conditioner, clutch system, pontiac transport

I have a 97 Pontiac Transport/Montana extended mini-van 3.4engine.  The ac clutch was working 2 weeks ago, now the ac clutch won't turn but can be turned by hand.Do you have any idea as to why? The air coming out of vent is warm.We've checked fuses and relays.

Wel this can either be an electrical system failure in the a/c clutch system or the system is low/empty on a charge of 134A. I would first start by making sure the system is full or at least has an adiquite charge before I started looking for an electrical fault. but likley causes for a electrical issue would be a broken or corroded wire between the clutch and the relay,a burnt out clutch or a bad pressure switch in the a/c line or a bad connection at that switch. good luck :)
