Pontiac Repair: A/C, Heat blower issue, best guess, heat controls

Just replaced the blower motor in a 1999 Grand Prix.  Manual a/c and heat controls.  New motor seems to work ok on all 5 speeds but for some reason it won't blow thru the vents, just the floor.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

There is an issue withe eithere the "mode" dore sticking or the acatuator that runs that door is bad. If it will not switch positions the air flow goes though it's gotta be one or the othere or even the control head in the dash. That would be the least likely cause though. My best guess would be the acatuator for the door. The doorse very rarely bind/stick. Good luck :)
