Answer
Hi Brandon:

what engine is in this car? a 3800 V6? What do you mean doesn't turn over completly? Is the oil level full? how about the coolant? if this is a 3800 engine there is a possability that the engine hydro locked up meaning coolant got into the cylinder and the engine will not turn over because it's full of coolant. The upper intake manfilds on these engine warp and leak coolant into the intake manifold and then the engine files up with coolant. take out the pasrk plugs and see if the engine will turn over then. If it does and coolant is commoing out the plug hose that's what happended to this car. The upper intake manifold will have to be replaced. Good luck :)
