Pontiac Repair: unknown power draw, fuse boxes, battery change

Question
My wife's 2002 sunfire has some mysterious power draw.  The car is a 2 door with the 2.4, 4 banger.  After a battery change, the car began to draw enough power, even shut off, to drain the battery overnight.  I read some of your answers to others and I have ruled out the ground from the battery.  The dealer we brought it to spent 2 hours of shop time (at least that's what they are billing me for) to determine that the Body control module needed to be replaced.  After another $900 worth of parts and labour, they told me that the power draw was still there, even after disconnecting the after market stereo and remote starter (which they installed).  Any suggestions?  Thanx.

Answer
Hi Joe:

Humm well it's a process of elimination. a draw tester has to be hooked up between the battery and the battery cable and a ammeter put on that tester. The car will ave to sir for about 45 minutes and then you have to start pulling fuses 1 and a time from the fuse boxes untill you see which fuse has the draw on the battery. once you find which fuse it is you have to see what that fuse feeds. A sunfire doesn';t have a lot of "parasitic" draw items on it.. whithout seeing the car I can't tell you what it may be.. Anything else aftermarket added to this car? If so I would look there first.
