Pontiac Repair: heater core 96 grand am, google search, heater core

Im trying to replace my heater core in my 96 grand am 2.4L. I cant offord to bring it to a shop right now, and will be doing it myself so Im looking for step by step instructions how to install a heater core. can you help me? thank you, matt

This is a pretty complex job even for the do it your selfer and WAY to many steps to list in a answer to you. The job is doable If you have a day to devote to doing it. I would try Autozones Z-net they have do it your selfer jobs and instructions My guess it this is a bit beyond their help data base but it's worth a sot or Even try a google search.. Good luck.
