I purchased a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire and the LCD on the radio is blank. The radio still operates perfectly.

Hi Peter:

The radios are not repairable. At the delaer we send the radios out for repair or order an exchange unit. We get them from an authorized ac delco repair center. It's a bit pricey doing it that way. You may want to look on the internet e-bay or a junk yard. The only issue you will have is if the radio is replaced it will have to be unlocked with a dealer scan tool. the serial # of the radio has to match the serial # in the body computer or it will not work. If you do find a replacment radio make sure it is the exact same part#. if you take the radio out there is a 8 digit part # on the tag on the side of the radio. Good luck :)
