Answer
Hi Tom:

well I don't have access to wiring diagrams on the net to cars older than 1998 so I can't tell you what is on that fuse but you have to do a little detevtive work here. see if you can detrmine what lamps are staying on. vanity lamps in the sunvisors? trunk lamp glove box lamp those are all things that could stay on and you wouldn't see them if they were staying on with out looking. on these sse's they had illuminated entry meaning when you lift the door handles up it turns the lamps on before then doors are open. the sirthces in the doors would go bad and turn the lamps on in the middle of the night.  that is another possability. try unplugging each door lock switch in the ddors and see what happens. It could also be the interior lamp module drawing the battery down. You may want to get a service manual and see what exactly in on that fuse. stop by a dealership and see in you can take a look at a service manual if the guys ther are cool enough they may even allow you to xerox a copy of the book to take home. Good luck :)
