My daytime running lights are not working, when i put it in drive my warning light flashes and service light comes on. I changed wire harness and everything, but the manual said the relay is stuck and i don't know where it is, please help!

well first off do the low and high beams work okay on this car? If not that is the first place to start looking. The drl's use the same bulbs and the head lamps so if there is a base headlamp issue it will not work. If the bulbs are good then I's start looking at a wiring issue either a bad ground under the washer bottle/battery tray area or a bad power feed/splice You said you replaced a harness was it a new harness or one out of a junk yard car. If so that harness may be bad as well. splices rotting out on the lamp harness are VERY common on these cars.
