Pontiac Repair: 94 grand prix, turn signal switch, least three months

Question
The car wasn't used for at least three months. The turn signals & hazards do not work; no lights whatsoever.  The brake lights work fine. Replaced flasher.  Battery is very weak could that be the problem?

I doubt it's the battery. The t/s and 4 way flashers use 2 different elements on that older car. so if they both do not work I would have to say you need to look for a common problem like a turn signal switch for instance. I belive the stop and turn use the same bulbs on that car so if the brake lights work the wiring back to the bulbs is okay and that would rule out any kind of a power or ground issue. I'd lean more towards looking at a switch problem. or bad contacts at the switch connector at the base of the steering column. Good luck :0
