Pontiac Repair: 1999 Pontiac GTP Seat Heater, pontiac gtp, seat heaters

Both Seat heaters stopped working. Is there a relay? Appreciate any ideas. Thanks

when you say both seat heaters you mean the drivers side cushion and back or does this car have a passengers seat heater also? If so these cars came from the factory with just a drivers seat heater if it has a passenger one and that is inop then it's aftermarket and I acn't help you with that one. If it just the drivers seat then it can be a few things. does the switch light up wehn you go from low to hi temp? If not then you may have a fues issue. if the switch does light up then it could be the control module for the seat or the elements burnt out in the seat. It's been a while since I had one of these aprat but I belive the control moudule is part of the seat heater it's self It comes with a wire harness and the module is part of the module. Some of the newer ones the module was replaceable but I'm not sure when that started. Good luck :)
