Pontiac Repair: LIGHT MOTOR/VS SWITCH, keyless entry, firebird

HI RICHARD, THANK YOU FOR THIS SITE.
I HIT THE UNLOCK KEYLESS ENTRY/LIGHTS GO UP, THEN DOWN AND MAKES A RUNNING NOISE, AT NIGHT USING LIGHTS, ONCE I SHUT THEM DOWN, THE NOISE IS ALERTED AGAIN, IS IT THE FULL MOTOR OR THE SWITCH, I HAVE BEEN TOLD MANY THINGS.

Hi Karen:

You didn't mention this but I figure this is a Firebird? what ever motor is making the nise is the culpret. if they are both doing it it will need 2 motors. If it has been doing it for a while it may even need the motor control module. nothing other than those parts will cause this to happen. Good luck :)
