will not start but has spark & getting gas what can i do ?

well a few things what year and engine is this car? If it's a newer one the reason it may not start could be a issue with the factory security system. when it cranks and tries to start does it have a security lamp that comes on and starts to flash? Does it start and stall right out? does it try to start "kick" WHen you say it has fuel and spark how did you check for both?
