Pontiac Repair: 1997 gm 2.4 liter water out let, 1997 pontiac sunfire, pontiac sunfire

I own a 1997 Pontiac sunfire with a 2.4 dohc engine. The problem is I can not find a good quality water outlet.I have replaced 8 or 10 of them. Most of have broken off at the heater hose connection, one on the upper hose connection. These parts were made in china.The material appears to be too soft and thus fails. I need a source to a good quality water outlet

Yes the parts does suck! the orignal equipment part on those I belive is plastic. and belive it or not they are better then the aftermarket one I have seen. Make sure you do not over tighten the part when you replace it and you can put a small amount of RTV silicone sealer around the o-ring seal on the outlet and that may help give you a better seal between the outlet and the cylinder head.
