My transport was running fine, went to the gas station to get gas, went to start it, it would not start, just turning

Well the obvious gusee would be a bad fuel pump but it could be just about anything. when you crank the car or turn the key to run do you hear the fuel pump running in the tank? have someone turn on the key while you listen near the fuel filler pipe. If you don't hear the pump that's where you need to start looking. Ther is a big plug under the van that goes through the floor board that is the connector for the fuel pump harness to the tank. It' actaully between the left front door and the front of the gas tank. The wires for the pump are black and grey. you can check the terminals in the floor board connector for power and ground when the key is turned on or when you crank the van. if it has power and ground the pump is bad.
