Pontiac Repair: 1997 pontiac grand prix se problems!!, advance auto parts, fuse boxes

Question
1st the power windows wont work i hit buttons and they do absolutely nothing no sound no move no nothing?

2nd my obdII connector took it to the advance auto parts he plugged it in and said it wasnt working could it be a fuse or what and where would the fuse be and what would it be abbreviated with?

3rd and last a/c and heat dont work at all turn it on nothing no air no blow nothing and if you put your ear up to it when you switch through the panels like floor, mix, panel it sounds as if theres air being released kinda like a slow leak on a bicycle tire and stops but its extremely faint?? thanks for your time and patience!!

well first off if none of the power windows work it's either a wiring problem going to the switch/bad ckt. breaker or a bad switch... I doubt you have every window motor bad.

As for the OBDII connector it much have blown fuse. that car has 2 fuse boxes. 1 behind the glove box door and 1 under the hood. The fuse is more than likley the one for the lighter that blew look for a fuse marked cigar or power accy.

if none of the blower speeds work you have either a blower motor that went bad or the blower motor resisitor has gone bad. It's very un common for thye control head to go bad. The air noise you hear when changing modes on the control head is normal that car has vacuum controlled doors inside the heater & A/C box.
