Pontiac Repair: ignition lock cylinder, problem whit, star button

got the same problem, whit key that wont turn its there a way to bypass the ignition key whit like a push star button or something like that?

There is no way to bypass the key? depending on what happned to it this is a job for a locksmith or the dealer. depending on the car getting thye lock cylinder out is not that bad a job. Some are relativly easy to remove and some on the other had are not. either the tumbelers are jammed up in the cylinder or the retainer that holds the tumblers in broke off not allowing the cylinder to turn.
