Pontiac Repair: Head Rests, little holes, plastic pieces

I have a 1998 Grand Am SE and got some seat covers. I cant get the head rests off to install the covers. Can anyone help me out please? Thanks

to romve the head rests on that car I believe you need a little small pick where the head rests go into the top of the seat there are 2 plastic pieces the head rests slide into. there are little holes in the pieces that you need to insert a small pick (dental type pick) into the hole and it should release the headrest so you can take them out of the seat. good luck :}
