Pontiac Repair: 2004 Grand AM, turn signal switch, ac delco

My car just started having a clicking sound, the same you hear when the blinker is on, but the blinker is not on and the sound is faster and comes on and off when it wants.  I can't seem to find this a a product recall.  Also the display on the radio for the time stopped working several months ago.  Any suggestions?  2004 Pontiac Grand AM SE 4 door coupe.

hi Diane:

this car needs a turn signal switch the contact in the switch are making the 4 way flasher click but not turn on the lights. this is a common issue but not a recall. As for the radio it's going to need an exchange unit. no dealer fixes them we all get remanufactured units from an ac delco authorized dealer. You couls also get one from a junk yard but the radio needs to be set up to match the speaker options the car has and that is a dealer only repair (setting up the radio) Good luck :)
