Pontiac Repair: 94 pont gran prix v6, crank shaft, crank sensor

no spark at plugs!  car going down the hwy fine and just quit, no noise, pressure reading are fine.  it was quart low of oil.   any suggestions

What engine is in this 3.4 liter or 3.1 liter? whne you say pressure reads are good I assume your talking about fuel pressure? You have no spark on any of the cylinders? how about injector pulse? If you have no injector pulse and no spark it's one of three things. A bad crank shaft sensor, bad igniton module or bad power/ground ot the ignition module. the ignition module will control the spark to the plugs without the aid of the engine computer. the engine computer needs the signal from the igniton module to control the injectors on the engine. the ignition module gets it's signal from the crank sensor. that's the basic way the system works. good luck :)
