The key switch will not turn all the way. It will turn about 1/4 of the way and stop. My husband checked the switch and that's not it. The anti theft on it will not let us crank it and we don't know how to take that loose.

I think the problem is with the igntion lock cylinder. I would bet the retainer that holds the tumblers in has come loose in the cylinder and not allowing the cylinder to turn all the way. It makes it hard to get out to repair as well. this is a job for either a lock smith or the dealer. there is a special procedure to remove the cylinder when yout can not turn it all the way to the crank position. good luck :}
