Answer
Hey Tony:
there is no such thing as a winter thermostat. A few thoughts. if the air flow is correct maning it comes out of the right vents that you tunr the knob to on the control head and the air comes out hot then I would not suspect an issue withe the heater. Does this car have A/C? if so dis the A/C work in the summer and fall? if so the A/c ssystem actually does run in front defrost to aid int clearing the windows. the last though is a water leak in the car and the moisture in side the car condenses on the inside warm windows when it's cold outside it's just simple physics. lift up the floor mats and feel if the carpets are wet if so it may have a leak or just snow/slush you tracked into the car. Good luck :}
