My passenger window went from working ok to nothing happening at all when I try to roll down my window (No sound, no window movement at all).  How do diagnose and fix the problem?

Hi James:

I assume it's inop from both switches?? you have to remove the right hand window switch and back probe the switch with it still plugged in. With a digital volt meter the 2 wires you are looking for are dark blue and brown. Put the meter on DC voltage and check for positive and negative voltage across the two wires. try it from both switches if you have battery voltage and the motor doesn't run then the motor is bad if you have nothing then either the switch is bad or you have a broken wire between the 2 doors.
