Now though its making a weird waivering noise when i let it idle and when i keep it at a constant speed. please make any suggestion because i would love to have my firebird working great so i can start makin it faster.

Answer
Hi Devon:

Noises are hard to diagnose even when you can hear them let alone a question asked over the internet. I'm not quite sure what a waivering noise sound like??? It could just be a serpantine belt making noise or one of the accesoories that the belt drives the power steering pump,alternator,water pump or even the tensioner for the belt. If the belt is cracked on the back side where the grooves are I'd replace it just for the fact that it's been on there for a while but a good one either a Gates or a Goodyear but no Goodyear gator back those make noise as soon as you put them on. You could have an exhaust noise maybe the catalist in the converter has come loose but that would be more of a higher pitched rattle/vibration noise.... Hope it help some... Good luck :}
