Pontiac Repair: 2004 grand am HVAC, motor bracket, blower motor

on my 2004 grand am, 1,2,3 on the fan speeds don't work, 4 and 5 work fine. Not sure if this start after I had a BCM put in by the dealer or if it is coincidence. Is it possible that all the wiring wasn't put back? Is the Body Control Module located anywhere near the blower motor?

BCM is mounted on the blower motor bracket.
Although it is PROBABALLY coincidence, I would take it back and have them double check their work.
If it all checks out, you PROBABALLY have a faulty Blower resistor, which is also located in the same area (passanger side under glove box).
