Pontiac Repair: air conditing and heating, blower motor resistor, automatic climate control

i have a 2002 Pontiac bonneville and the air conditioner and heater only blow on low but i have the fan control knob turned on high. occasionally it blows on high. can you tell me whats wrong???

Hey Jen:
does this have automatic climate control? It could be either the control head it's self or the blower motor resistor if it has manual controls or if it has auto climate control it could need the blower motor control module. Without seeing this it's heard to tell you exactly what's wrong but it's either of those components.
