Pontiac Repair: heater, heater boxes, vacuum line

Question
I JUST CHANGED THE HEATER CORE AND i AM NOT GETTING HEAT. iS THERE A CERTAIN WAY THAT THE CORE SHOULD BE PUT IN?

Answer
Hey Maurice:

No they ony go in one way. What type of car is this? You may have jammed up the temterature door inside the heater box when you put it back together or knocked off a cable or a vacuum line. On some of the cars depending on which ones the heater core get an air pocket in them and the coolant will not flow through them. Are the hoses hot/warm when it's running? Juat a few things to check As for the way the heater boxes are each car model is differernt.  Good luck :)
