2.0L OHC, The car won't run, try turnin it over and it bucks and spudders, new plugs, new donut gasket, exhaust isn't plugged.. I have no idea what else it could be? New map sensor as well. I need to know what else to do..

You have to start with the basics. Does the engine have adequate fuel pressure to run and does it have spark at the spark plugs. If both of them are good then there are a bunch of other things to check this engine can jump timing the belts have a tendency to go bad but in that case they usually turn over weird and don't sound right when they are cranking. Without a diagnostic scan tool it makes it harder to determine the root cause of this issue. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
