Pontiac Repair: heater core 1994 grand am, quad 4 engine, older models

I seen your directions for a 97 grand am heater core is a 1994 the same?

Hey Keith,

Yes for the most part they are both the same. The older grand am up to 96 were actually a bit easier to do then the later models. The V6 engine is still pretty hard to gain access to the hoses at the end of the core though. if it has a 3300 V6 it's especially hard to reach the hoses. If you have a quad 4 engine it's pretty easy. The center console is easier to take out on the older models than the newer ones. Good luck :)
