Pontiac Repair: windows and locks, bad in my car, reputable repair shop

Question
I have a 00 bonniville 3.8.  My pass. side power window and locks do not work nor does the rear.  The only switch that works is the driver door BUT, only for that door.  The driver switch will only work that door (lock and window).  When ever I hit a bump rarely everything would start working again.  Si I thought it was the drivers door switch since all the door run into that switch.  I ordered one off ebay.  I installed it and same thing only drivers door worked.  I probed wires checked all grounds and they are fine.  I have taken every single door panel off following wires.  I have found nothing.  I noticed that 4 relays in fuse box under seat in back are getting very very hot.  One is cigerette lighter, the other ingn. 3 (whatever that is)  and 2 relays under hood are getting hot.  i heard from another forum that if the batteries are going bad in my car that it can do weird stuff to the car.  have you ever heard of that.  anyways I am going crazy tring to figure this out.  HELP!

Answer
Hi
I have seen this before, but different items MAY be at fault.
For that reason, I will advise you to take it to a good reputable repair shop (or dealership) and have the BCM and door modules scanned for DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)
There are certian codes that will or MAY set for the conditions you are experinecing.
As for the relays, the will get hot, due to the fact they are electrical in nature and most are "on" so they will get hot, or heat up. Although the relay is labeled for lighter, it MAY operate other electrical loads.
I Hope this helps.
IF you need further assistance, please feel free to follow post back.
Good luck
